How I use AI
I use AI assistants every day, at work and for this website. This page explains which tools I use, what they do, and where I stay in charge.
The principle
AI assistants help me work faster and check my work, but they do not decide. I review everything published on this site, I check every fact, and I am responsible for all of it.
The tools
- Claude Code: my main assistant. It wrote most of the code and the build script of this website, and drafted and rewrote texts from my documents and instructions.
- Mistral Vibe: for research, ideas, and double-checking facts and texts.
Where AI was used on this site
- Code and build script: largely written with Claude Code, then reviewed and tested. Automated checks verify accessibility and every link before each publication.
- CV text: rewritten with AI from my own CVs, work certificates, and notes. I checked every fact, date, and job title, and corrected them where needed.
- Translations: the English and French versions were produced with AI and reviewed by me.
- Blog posts: some posts are drafted with AI. Each one says so at the end, and I edit and approve every post before it is published.
Where AI was not used
- Portrait: a real photograph by Philippe Weissbrodt.
- Recommendations: quoted word for word from work certificates and LinkedIn recommendations written by real people. They were never generated.
- Decisions: what is true, what is shown, and what is left out are my decisions.
What the AI assistants saw
To write the CV, the assistants read documents I provided: my previous CVs, my work certificates, and notes about my work. Personal details that do not belong on a public page, such as my home address and date of birth, were deliberately left out of the site.
AI at work
AI is also part of my job, from documentation tooling to training content. The Experience section of my CV and the Uses page give more details.
